Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included, and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
